And the Winning Look Is.....

"It's Keri Baby...." I chose the look inspired by Keri Hilson. The weather forecast for Jacksonville, FL(my departure city) called for 90% chance of rain and I did not want to take a chance of ruining a pair of heels, so the military boot and scarf get up was the winner!!! Tell me what you all think!
